Using Image Search for Better Google Rankings

I’ve been doing SEO for over ten years. I’ve seen how search engines have changed over time. Some strategies work, while others are outdated and can be a waste of time.

Image Searches

People use search differently. You may type in words just to find websites to visit. It could be to purchase products or to find informative articles. Some people use Google and other search engines to view images, videos, maps, news, and more. Some people may search for images in order to find a visual representation of what they’re looking for. For example, a person looking for a dentist in Houston may use images to see what offices have a clean environment.

This is a huge opportunity! Be sure to change the image file name on all the images on your site. Instead of the image file name being “Img_343.png,” make it “Dentist_Houston.png.”

A simple but powerful method that can help you appear higher in searches quickly.
