Negative reviews can be frustrating. Having them can prevent potential customers from deciding to buy. Here are some quick tips for handling negative reviews online! 

1) Find out what really happened. Sometimes talking to them offline can lead to them removing  the review.
2) Don’t get discouraged from one review. One low review does not mean you have bad  customer service
3) Respond quickly to the review. Don’t let the comment go unanswered. This will lead people  to believe whatever has been said is true.

4) Seek out positive reviews from loyal customers. Most people are vocal online when things go  wrong with their experiences with a business. Try and reach out to customers who have   enjoyed your product or service.
