Google Analytics Secondary Dimension & Exit Page

Google Analytics Secondary Dimension & Exit Page

Secondary Dimensions give you so much insight into what you currently are seeing in reports. You can even know things such as  what time people visited your site from social media. This helps you to make informed decisions instead of going from one report to the next.

One of my favorite reports in Google Analytics is titled “acquisition”. This is because it lets us know if our efforts are paying off. Here you can find what platforms are actually generating your traffic. When we get this traffic, we need to find out how to keep people engaged. Try using secondary dimensions.
1) While in a report click secondary dimension.
2) Search for “Exit Page”
This will give you useful information about the last page they saw before leaving. This will help you decide what to do next!Exit Page Secondary diminsion Analytics speaker
